I worked through it. Luckily I love what I do and got to speak to some fabulous people.

An overflow of current work has put me a touch behind on firming dates for the Lazy Leader Tranforms America- One Volunteer at a Time! tour.

• If you’ve been confirmed, but don’t have paperwork, it’s coming.
• If you’ve submitted form, but haven’t heard yet, it’s coming too.

Wednesday at the latest for both.

The goal behind the collaboration requirement was trying to help you think bigger than just your chapter.

As you know the Lazy Leader Transforms America – One Volunteer at a Time tour is all about making a difference for our country.

Our goals are to:

• Train 5,000 leaders or more
• Impact more than 250,000 volunteers

We need to have 100+ leaders at every stop – thus the request for host teams.

However some of you have shown us you are willing to host, you can pull the numbers and believe it’s important for us to come to your community.

And so we are changing the host team requirements.

If your chapter can attract 100+ leaders to a public program on leadership, we would love to consider you as a host team.

• You’ll learn a Lazy Leader approach to increased involvement.
• As well as specific how-to strategies you can start to use right away.

For the last several weeks, I’ve met with several volunteers to help vet the idea for The Lazy Leader Transforms America – One Volunteer at a Time road show.

• I got great feedback.
• Promises to help.
• And a ton of enthusiasm.

It’s finally time to get the ball really in motion.

• Be still my nerves.
• The application process to be part of a local host team is officially open.
• We are looking for 30 local hosts between Sept. 10th and November 20th.

I’ve put a lot of information up here.

Also going to be looking for volunteers to help out with a variety of things.
