Only 10 days left to submit to serve as a local host team for tour stop.

  • Applications are due by July 24th.
  • We are adding dates to calendar as soon as qualified applications are received.
  • Apply early to get your preferred dates.

Training to help you succeed as a local host team.

  • Recordings of intro to hosting program from last week are posted.
  • This Thursday we are exploring meeting planning tips to help make hosting meeting for 100+ easier to do.

Just added new dates to Road Show Calendar.

  • October 11th – Otsego, MN
  • October 16th – Boston, MA
  • November 14th - Santa Monica, CA
  • Your community could be next!

Looking for a few more hosts…

  • We are doing a nice job covering the country.
  • Would love another Southern city and maybe something in the midwest too.

I’m pulling together a couple of webinars to help local host teams be even more successful. One will focus on the meeting planning of the actual event and the other on how to build attendance.

I need some help…

I’m looking for a meeting planner willing to volunteer some inside scoop for chapter leaders who are hosting the Lazy Leader Road Show in their community.

I’d like to give leaders ideas about how to:

  • Find great space.
  • Set the room strategically
  • Make the event extra cool.
  • Handle registration for 100+ with ease.
  • Any other secrets of meeting planning.

The live program is scheduled for Thursday, July 16th 1:00 – 1:50 PM ET.

  • I’ll interview the meeting planner for part of the program
  • And open floor to questions from participants too.

Anyone interested or have ideas of who might be good for this?

I got all the Lazy Leader Road Show information out 24 hours ago.

I’m running at high speed – and now I have to wait.

  • People to gather.
  • Boards to discuss.
  • For local host-teams to be created.

Of course I’ve got a gazillion other things to do.

  • Just wish I was a little psychic.
  • Did I get the word out to enough people?
  • To the right people?

Will you help me?

If you know a local chapter or nonprofit that would enjoy being part of a host team, will you please help me spread the word?

Maybe working together we can make time irrelevant?
