The Lazy Leader Transforms America -
One Volunteer at a Time!
- Do you dream of getting more done with more volunteers?
- Are you tired of hearing “I don’t have time” when asking others to volunteer?
- Do you believe your chapter can make a major difference in your community?
Like many volunteer leaders, you may struggle with getting others involved.
Instead of leading a vibrant team, you find yourself continuing to add more to your plate – and struggling to fight off being burned out.
It doesn’t have to be that way…
The secret to creating an abundance of happy volunteers is committing to the way of the Lazy Leader.
Cynthia D’Amour, MBA and author of The Lazy Leader’s Guide to Outrageous Results will teach you how to get more work done through the involvement of others.
As a result of this program, you will know how to:
- Embrace the way of the Lazy Leader – rather than do all the work yourself.
- Hit potential volunteer hot buttons to turn “I don’t have time” into
“I can’t wait to volunteer!” - Build a happy, thriving team of volunteers to move your mission forward.
You will learn specific how-to strategies you can start to use right away.
Warning: If you embrace what Cynthia teaches and implement with enthusiasm you may find yourself facing a new challenge: what to do with a surplus volunteers!
EXTRA BONUS: All attendees will get a year of learning support to help make sure they can start to get results from what they learn immediately!

Cynthia,
Do you have plans for a Kentucky stop next year? These sound great but are no where near the KY/Ohio area.
How about at the AMAA LDC mtg this year? I don’t recall seeing you on the agenda, but got great info several years ago!
Thanks,
Kim
Hi Kim!
We are going to wait and see how these stops go before committing to public programs in 2010. Most likely will happen in the spring if they do.
Do you still get my Active Member Minute? Or do you belong to the Chapter Leaders Playground? http://www.chapterleadersplayground.org
Either of those places would be good for seeing what’s coming in 2010.
Unfortunately, I’m not on the agenda for AAMA LDC this year. Perhaps next year?
Thanks for asking! Cynthia
What are the chances of doing a virtual training for those of us outside of the scheduled tour area?
Hi Bob!
Thanks for asking. Unfortunately the program I’m doing on the Road Show is very interactive and will not translate well straight to virtual.
Have you checked out the Chapter Leaders Playground? I do 40+ programs there for chapter leaders each year. You can find http://www.chapterleadersplayground.org
